BP Merchant fee import and ledger reconciliation

Automatically connects to BP Plus website overnight and downloads the BP card transactions, fees and reimbursement amounts. It posts the fees to the merchant expense account. It then debits and credits the media account with the difference between the settlement day and the calendar day. The program can also automatically reconcile the BP media account once the settlement variances are posted so there is less work for the staff member in charge of media account reconciliation.

Compac OPT Import

Either automatically overnight or by request from a user, logs into the Compac website and generates, then downloads the Compac CSV ready for importing into OC. Keeps track of last import dates so there is less chance of double importing and extra work. Speeds up the entire process of importing Compac OPT transactions.

Create your own reporting template in MS Excel, then use this program to populate the raw data straight into the Excel template. No need to have a copy of the template handy as it is stored in the database. You can then generate the Excel report you have created for any selected period whenever you like.

Liquip ATG Import

Automatically imports dips from a Liquip ATG controller and posts those dips directly into OC. No need for any human intervention. It just works and your dips are always in OC.

Can be set to automatically, or on user request, to log into the Quest OPT web portal and download transactions for each OPT. It the stores the transactions in a separate table and can be used to import sales data and even white card transactions.

Fatigue Management Roster

This roster system is built into the OC menus and integrates directly with your employee records and OC payroll. Its main purpose is to manage fatigue for heavy vehicle drivers and does show fatigue breaches. Fatigue breach reporting is built in. Can also be used for admin, console operators or any other staff members you employ in your business. Flexible pay rates are available when setting up including time in lieu, salary, alternate day rates, public holiday rates, time of day rates, casuals, leave loading and others. Roster templating is easy and imports quickly so once you have setup a template, creating a roster is easy.

Live Roster

Live Roster

Tied into the fatigue management roster, the live roster can be displayed on one or more HD displays and updates live with changes in the roster. No more having to print and place rosters on a pin board, with mistakes coming in if someone forgets to update it. Your staff will always have the latest roster available to them. As it is delivered via web technologies, the live roster can also be made available to staff externally so they can check for their upcoming shifts.
